I have had the pleasure of being involved from the ground up in a wonderful project at HOFF Amsterdam in collaboration with Ditt Officemakers. Located in the World Trade Center on Amsterdam's Zuidas, HOFF offers a luxurious, flexible office environment that fits seamlessly with our vision of the future of workplaces. Ditt provided the furnishing plan, we provided the matching furniture.
A vision of flexibility and luxury
Founded by Sipke Feenstra, a visionary who previously worked at The Office Operators, HOFF is a model of the possibilities when a hotel-like approach to office spaces is applied. With an atmospheric lobby that lives up to its hotel ambitions and flexible office and meeting spaces used by a variety of companies, HOFF embodies the concept of a dynamic work environment.
We furnish offices flexibly
Renting furniture only pays you for as long as you use it. For Sipke, however, this is not the only reason to rent; the wide range of office furnishings makes renting for the HOFF concept very attractive. Our new concept 'Totally Outsourced Furniture' was a perfect match for HOFF. This concept allows companies, without the stress of logistics and inventory management, to use flexible furniture to fit the ever-changing needs of their employees. Our partnership allows us to provide high-quality, flexible services that not only meet current needs, but are also quickly adaptable as those needs change.
Why HOFF chose TOF
The choice to outsource furniture is not only a matter of convenience; it is also a financially sound decision; one stop shopping for a fixed amount per month. As Sipke further explains, "At TOF, you only pay for the period you use the furniture. So the model helps us optimize costs and supports long-term flexibility. This is because it is not on the balance sheet, which helps our cash flow."
