Nothing is as changeable as our work environment. Like an organization, an office is not a place but an environment in flux. Because-it grows, scales down, digitizes, is temporary...or is partially located at home. For Ksyos a daily reality. Especially in the post-coronation era.
After two years of mainly working from home, Ksyos is entering a period when colleagues will be back in the office more often. Not full-time, but alternating several days a week. To work, or actually more to work together. Then you want a work environment that breathes coziness. Where you like to come to work pleasantly together. Each team has different needs. For example, the developers meet once every two weeks at the office during sprint changes. That requires different types of setups, in which formal and very informal discussions are possible. There is also a need for height-adjustable desks for individual work and quiet areas - large and small - for retreat. If the furniture can also be supplied in Ksyos' colors, the picture is complete. Ksyos opts for a long-term partnership with Alvero, with highly personalized solutions and furniture they only pay for as long as they use it. "This allows Ksyos to easily move with the changing demand," said Harriet Bontius, Office Manager within Ksyos.

As employees spend less time in the office, the need for more interconnection arose at Ksyos. Four times a year, everyone comes together in one place for a quarterly meeting with a theme. Primarily to see each other again and play games together in teams. And also a great opportunity to update everyone on developments inside and outside the company.
