The quality of the home workplace could be better
Although 56 percent of participants have a permanent workspace at home, only 18 percent of them are furnished with furniture from the boss. Nearly 30 percent even consist entirely of their own furniture, with the kitchen table often leaving quite a bit to be desired when it comes to working quietly or the right sitting position. Opinions are sharply divided on the perfect workplace. So a standard solution does not work. The new working environment requires customization.
Home working remains
Where working from home was an exception at many organizations, the Corona period has caused a turnaround. More than 60% of employees say they want to work from home on a weekly basis in the future. Employers (over 70%) also report that more will be working from home than before. The combination of working from home and the office seems to be thriving on both sides.
Our work environment is moving
